Parts are attached to our variable speed conveyor system, which carries them through all phases of the powder coating operation.		The first phase is a 5 Stage Heated Wash System to prepare the parts for coating. This is the first important step toward final quality.

After leaving the washer, parts go through a dry-off oven before entering the powder booth.	In the powder booth, the powder is electrostatically applied.	The final stage of the finishing process is the bake oven, which melts the powder, causing it to flow and fuse into a very durable baked-on finish.
